Elizandro Nijcanel was born in the fall of 1987 in San Raymundo, Guatemala into a family of agriculturists stemming back for generations.  Like his father and grandfather, Elizandro has spent his life working in this chosen field and soon discovered his love for trees, shrubs, flowers and soil.  The color, touch, feel and smell of the earth is "home" for Elizandro.  In 2003, following his passion for planting, Elizandro moved to Long Island, NY where he soon began working with Harvest Hill Farms where he continues to work today.  Elizandro's unshakeable work ethic, his constant, positive flow of energy, his attention to detail and the quality of his work has made him one of the East Ends most sought after landscaper with clients such as fashion photographer and artist, Raphael Mazzucco, artist and framer, Noel Arikian, and multi media artist/musician, Michael DiDonna.
